More Pictures!
Just a few pictures from a recant photo shoot with my little sister and one of my brothers.
Let me know what you think. Hey, what does everyone think of of having photo contests with themes like we had in IPS? It might be a good motivator.

Peek-a-boo I see you ...

Pictures taken at our family Christmas gathering ... I used film black and white, just a notice for you all ... I know that many things are cut off in the pictures but my excuse is that I had to take the picture fast and could not do any editing because of the film factor ... but please tell me what you think.

Peek-a-boo ... I see you!

I love how he is smiling on this picture ... so him!

Willing to share ...

... not so willing!
This last picture was a quick snapshot of my niece Aleesha playing Rack-O with her younger cousin, my nephew, Bradon.

My littlest brother. . .

I know I just posted. . . but you see. . . anyway

Note to you: I love breaking the 'rule of thirds'. So the two that have that rule smashed to pieces, yeah, I did it on purpose. =-)

Critique away.

my best friend

Critique away ladies. . .

I really do have some true colored ones. =-) I promise. For some reason 4 of the ones I chose to put on here were de-saturated. =-) And I had a colored one to put on but it looked terribly out of place. =-) lol.

my turn?

alright, so I decided to put up a few random pics for y'all to critique...The next three are of my lifelong friend Bekah...
^^ What do you think about the lighting on this one? Should I have tried to bounce a flash to get a little more light on her face? Or do you like the soft window light?

^^We were outside shooting these and it was SO cold... it was a very hurried photo shoot. Guess we'll have to wait for warmer weather.

^^This was a section of the arena at the PA Farm Show this year, before all the people were there. ;)

^^This is my dear friend/"sister" Hannah...also taken at the farm show, in a tractor tire. LOL

^^My "little brother" Daniel needed some pictures taken for roping...and I made him pose for some more artistic ones, too. ;)

^^Good roper, huh??? :D Btw, Brit, I have you matched up with one of his older brothers, just so you know. LOL (take it as a compliment...they're some of my favorite people in the world...I wouldn't have just anyone matched up with them. hee hee ;))
You all feel free to critique away and I'll try to be tough skinned and take it. ;)

Well, I guess it's my turn.
I was looking through some of my pictures from fall and I found these two. I don't think the first one is really on a third. I didn't really have much time to set up the shot. you will know why if anyone of you has tried to keep a cat in a pail for any amount of time! :) Is the second one a little to overexposed? Well, let me know what ya think.
Thanks! Esther

finally. . .

No, I haven't died. I really am alive. So sorry it's been so long. This is a picture I took in an airplane. If y'all want to see the original I can show it to you.

Critique away!!

Someone asked for the original so I'm going to post it.

Here are some pictures that I took for my sister Sara - I used the pictures to put together a Christmas Card. This was the first time I did something like this but I was pleased with the results ... what do you think?

Kaitlyn was the hardest to take pictures of, she was constently moving! :)

Hannah is a sweet little girl ... I love the mischievous look on her face on this picture, and I thought I did okay with the 2/3rds rule.

This is my favorite picture!

Here is the finished product ... I'm pretty proud of myself, I used patching to get rid of the glare on my brother's-in-law glasses.
I am more than open to critiquing. Thanks for allowing me to post! :)
